`programs.gh.aliases`, `editor`, and `gitProtocol` have been aliases for
keys under `programs.gh.settings` since 21.11, and
`enableGitCredentialHelper` has been an alias for
`gitCredentialHelper.enable` since 23.11. Remove them ahead of the 26.11
release, together with the typed placeholder options that existed only
to support those aliases.
Those placeholders also wrote `aliases: {}`, `editor: ''`, and
`git_protocol: https` into every generated `config.yml`. These match
gh's own defaults, so the file now omits them unless they are set.
Setting a removed option now fails with an error that explains what
to do instead.
