Subject: [PATCH 1/2] omnissa-horizon-client: 2605 -> 2606

- Update to the latest version
- Add some previously-missing libraries (some are now required to even
  connect properly)
- Remove the now-obsolete libxml2 (the package ships its own)

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] omnissa-horizon-client: Rename horizon-eucusbarbitrator
 to match upstream

This binary has been renamed by upstream back in 2024, but the nix
package was never properly updated.

This commit should restore the functionality of the usbarbitrator.
