Subject: [PATCH] fcitx5-lua: use Lua 5.5

Select Lua 5.5 locally instead of Lua 5.3. Upstream 5.0.18 handles
luaL_openlibs becoming a macro by resolving luaL_openselectedlibs, and
uses the selected Lua headers for its dynamic function pointer types.

Keep the local lua alias and extraLdLibraries tied to the selected input,
so custom interpreter overrides also select the matching runtime library.
