Subject: [PATCH] gh-stack: 0.1.1 -> 0.2.1

Run `git init` in preCheck: the new modifyview insert tests check branch
names through git and fail outside a repository.

Skip installAgentSkills in the go-modules derivation, which inherits the
hook but has no pname.
