Subject: [PATCH 2/2] python3Packages.mlx-vlm: mark as broken

The packaged (old) version of mlx-vlm is not compatible with the current
version of mlx. To unbreak, the package should bump to at least v0.6.15
that is the first release compatible with mlx 0.32.1.
