dc9b880751 ibus-engines.libpinyin: use Lua 5.5 
Select Lua 5.5 instead of the generic Lua 5.2 compatibility input.
configure accepts any Lua from 5.1 onward, and the plugin uses the
Lua 5.2+ C API paths. 1.16.6 also stops reassigning a for-loop variable
in lua/base.lua, which Lua 5.5 makes read-only: 1.16.5's base.lua fails
luac -p with Lua 5.5.

9264c2fdb7

Built on x86_64-linux; the engine links liblua.so.5.5 and the installed
base.lua passes luac -p. Upstream's check suite passed in a temporary
doCheck build. A small C probe linked upstream's Lua plugin library,
created a plugin through ibus_engine_plugin_new, loaded the installed
base.lua and called get_chinese_non_math_num, which returned the
expected Chinese digits under Lua 5.5.

5b4b56ec64 treewide: stop using lua, lua5 and luaPackages 
Remove the default Lua interpreter + package set from all-packages.nix.
Packages that depended on them now depend on lua5_2_compat or
lua52Packages directly.
