This completes https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/425583.
Rather than putting `nixfmt` everywhere, I opted to teach people to use
`treefmt` instead. This is more correct, as we have formatting rules for
non-nix files, and also may invoke `nixfmt` with non-default options.
some of these were just typos like `finalAttr`, `finalAtts` or `finaAttrs`
some of these were using `self`, `final`, `finalPackage`, `attrs` or `_`
some of these were wrong by using `oldAttrs` or `finalPackages`
other than the nixos manual this shouldn't create any rebuilds
Introduces `typst.wrapper` with the following arguments:
- `packages`. For backwards compatibility, `typst.withPackages f` is
equivalent to `typst.wrapper { packages = f; }`.
- `fonts` allows specifying extra fonts via `TYPST_FONT_PATHS`.
- `extraWrapperArgs` for extra arguments to `makeWrapper`.
This setup hook discovers glycin loaders in the inputs list it is placed into, and adds them to `gappsWrapperArgs`. This should simplify glycin-dependent programs’ expressions.
Just add `libglycin.setupHook` (for Rust programs) or `libglycin` (for other languages) to `buildInputs`. The latter will also pull in the setup hook.
Note, the setup hook needs to go to the `buildInputs` since we cannot have a different offset when used as standalone hook instead of propagated from `libglycin`. We chose `hostOffset` to make it work with the proper placement of `libglycin` in `buildInputs`.

Fixes issues with the help browser by copying vocabulary roots instead
of symlinking them. Although, I am convinced that this is an issue that
should be fixed upstream, eventually.

move pnpm.{fetchDeps,configHook} to fetchPnpmDeps and pnpmConfigHook
respectively. Also adds aliases to the former package-level attributes.
Additionally, pnpmConfigHook does not propagate pnpm anymore, to make
changing pnpm versions easier.
This brings pnpm in line with the other Node.js/JavaScript tooling in
nixpkgs.
This doesn't cause any rebuilds.

Adding new packages here is discouraged, for reasons enumerated in
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/229475, so let's move this
(mostly developer-facing) documentation back into its original location
in pkgs/development/node-packages/README.md.
