f4d444ddff nixos/ups: run killpower driver as root 
upsdrv starts the driver with `upsdrvctl -u root start`, but
ups-killpower invokes a bare `upsdrvctl shutdown`. Since nut
is built --with-user=nutmon, nut fails to read both /var/lib/nut
and the USB device with "insufficient permissions on everything".
The UPS is then never told to cut its outlets: it keeps draining
battery after the OS has halted, and cannot power-cycle the machine
when mains returns.

Ergo, run the shutdown as root.

ae28c254da nixos/comfyui: add dataDir option 
ComfyUI's state is mostly multi-GB checkpoints that users add and remove
by hand. With this new option it can be located anywhere, not just under /var/lib.

034c70e866 nixos/comfyui: append extraArgs after the module's own arguments 
The module writes its own flags into services.comfyui.extraArgs, the
option users write to as well. List definitions are concatenated and the
module's landed last, so a flag set by the user was overridden by the
module instead of overriding it:

    comfyui '--port=9999' '--base-directory=/srv/comfyui' \
      '--base-directory=/var/lib/comfyui' … '--port=8188'

Both of the user's flags are overwritten as argparse keeps the last occurrence of each.

6c4ad66e46 nixos/all-hardware: add xhci_pci_prom21 to default initrd modules on linux 7.2 
Since 7.2, xhci-pci defers AMD 800-series chipset xHCI controllers
(1022:43fc/43fd) to the new xhci_pci_prom21 driver and no longer binds
them itself.
