d8b5b8de50 crossfire-client: drop 
crossfire-client has a hard dependency on GTK2 (CMake will not get past
configuring without it, and there are no flags to disable it), which is
deprecated and being removed from Nixpkgs. it seems like we have
crossfire-jxclient which fills a similar niche.
