5a6d0ee976 treewide: Drop a lot of my maintainership 
I do not have the time or energy to handle all of this. Let alone my
GitHub notifications. This PR is in good faith and does not refer to
anything community-related. I will keep on doing nixpkgs work but the
pile of shame (let's call it that) needs to be cleaned. Thanks to
@mweinelt which whom I had a discussion and who made me aware of this

48bad6fefb treewide: use pname and version in fetchCargoVendor cargoDeps 
I grepped for `fetchCargoVendor` and `inherit (finalAttrs) src;`, and wrote this patch by hand.
I tested this with `nix-build --check` on the following attributes, derived from `.meta.position`s that match any of the touched files:

3f3a7e277d gersemi: 0.23.2 -> 0.28.0 
Upstream added a Rust extension module (setuptools-rust) in this range, so the bump also wires cargoDeps (fetchCargoVendor; nested lockfile at gersemi/rust-backend) + cargoRoot, and adds meta.changelog.

3bccf21969 gerrit: Make package definition generic 
The Gerrit project usually maintains the last 3 minor releases and there
might be reasons for not using the most recent one, like a breaking
change or a bug. NixOS has only the most recent version packaged at the
moment.

To give people using the NixOS package and module infrastructure some
more flexibility, allow adding multiple Gerrit packages by making the
package definition generic, which takes the hash and the version as
additional arguments, and move the bits specific to version 3.14 to
`3_14.nix`.

Versioned package names follow the scheme `gerrit_y_xx`,
e.g. `gerrit_3_14`, while `gerrit` points to the most recent version
managed by package.nix.

To make sure `passthru.tests` uses the appropriate package, set
`services.gerrit.package` to `finalAttrs.finalPackage` in the generic
package definition.

Use majorMinor version as base string to be matched in the update
script, so that only point releases are considered. Customize the path
to the Nix file containing the version and hash strings which should be
patched. Otherwise it tries to patch generic.nix.

The following command was used to verify new versions are detected and
patched correctly.

    nix-shell maintainers/scripts/update.nix --argstr package gerrit_3_14
