0658011fdb gnome-shell: refresh icons after profile switches 
GNOME checks for icon changes based on directory modification time.
Since Nix hardcodes modification time to 1, GNOME never detects when icons are changed,
leading to missing icons in the application menu on newly installed programs.

To fix we now also invalidate icon cache on device and inode changes.

770d2796ed gnome-shell: fix gnome-shell-portal-helper 
Add `webkitgtk_6_0` typelib needed by `gnome-shell-portal-helper`.

When NetworkManager connectivity check is enabled, GNOME will pop up a notification when a captive portal is detected. Clicking the notification _should_ launch a WebKit browser window allowing you to log in to the network. Without including the typelib, this fails with the following error in the journal: `JS ERROR: Error: Requiring WebKit, version 6.0: Typelib file for namespace 'WebKit', version '6.0' not found`.

You can enable NetworkManager connectivity checks with the following NixOS config:

```

To test this, you need to connect to a public WiFi that requires clicking through a log in page or simulate a captive portal in some other way. You can also test launching the authentication window directly with a script similar to the following. This will not work prior to the fix.

567e8dfd8e treewide: clean up 'meta = with' pattern 
This commit was created by a combination of scripts and tools:
- an ast-grep script to prefix things in meta with `lib.`,
- a modified nixf-diagnose / nixf combination to remove unused `with
lib;`, and
- regular nixfmt.

4365016f09 gnome-shell: Fix default WM settings 
gnome-shell contains GSettings schema overrides for Mutter.
Since we do not have global FHS path for schemas, we compile schemas
locally per package and overrides for another package have no effect.
As a workaround, let’s copy the the Mutter schema here so it ends up
being included in gnome-shell’s `gschemas.compiled`.

This also has an effect on `gnome.nixos-gsettings-overrides`,
which pulls in schemas and overrides from `gnome-shell`.
