a6b8301d28 js8call: 2.5.2 -> 3.0.3 
Also fixes the fetchFromGitHub tag: release/<version> is only a branch
upstream, not a git tag, so refs/tags resolution 404s against codeload
(this already affected 2.5.2, masked by the cached store path). Use the
real vX.Y.Z tag instead. The 3.x reorg also moved the .desktop file out
of the repo root into .github/workflows/misc/.

389fddabdd js8call: replace with js8call-improved at 2.5.2 
This package is a fork of js8call which is being more actively
maintained. The original js8call package no longer works under nixos
25.11: https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/486598
