238fe1fecc ngrok: update without separate versions.json 
This allows reusing the systems from updating into platforms: no need to
rely on the too widely defined `unix` platform and only allow platforms
that are actually supplied in sources.

07d5fb9820 nginx-config-formatter: add install check 
If python3 is only in nativeBuildInputs but not buildInputs,
the program builds but doesn't run.

Add this check to keep an eye on that.
