80bdbb7475 gnome2: drop package set 
the gnome2 namespace nebulously refers to an gnome 2, a desktop we never
properly packaged. now it holds a bunch of gtk2 or otherwise unused
packages. its contents were handled in previous commits, and now that it
is empty except for aliases, we drop the namespace entirely. aliases
were added only for the recent additions to the list, as the ones from
before 2024 seem to have little use and are no longer kept in
aliases.nix.

7796168a3c gtkglext: move to by-name 
This was part of the gnome2 package set, which is being removed. This is
likely to be removed soon as well for depending on GTK2, but for now we
can move it to by-name at the top level.

gtksourceview is maintained upstream, but the gtk2-based branch is
long-deprecated. the gtk2 engine is also being removed from Nixpkgs.

libIDL is part of the deprecated GNOME 2 desktop, which is being removed

ORBit2 was archived upstream after being last touched in July 2016. It
is also now unused in Nixpkgs.

1820a6c2b2 gnome2.GConf: drop 
GConf has long been replaced by GSettings and dconf, and was last
touched upstream in October 2015. It also depends on old software
versions such as Python 3.12, and holds back the removal of several
GTK2-dependent packages which are being removed.

fd114c9eb1 lxqt.obconf-qt: remove unused pcre dependency 
part of #356387

Validated using diffoscope, package output is identical with and without pcre apart from nix store hashes.
No mention of pcre in upstream sources.

4a016a844d gnome2.gnome_mime_data: drop 
this is part of the gnome2 package set, which is old and needs to
removed. it also has no users in tree. there is thus no reason to keep
this around.
