c4a7559ce6 haskellPackages.Chart-tests: fix build 
I had removed the jailbreak in 34fc7fce0d,
but couldn't test this because of a broken dependency. The original
issue was resolved, but of course new bounds are now broken.

b71bdc9f2a haskellPackages.{ci-info, hasura-resource-pool}: remove 
These packages were dependencies of hasura only and aren't uploaded
to Hackage. It seems unlikely that any downstream user depends on
them directly.

31f1c125eb hasura-graphql-engine, haskellPackages: remove all broken hasura pkgs 
These have been broken for a long time and are severly outdated. I'm
taking the lack of maintenance as a lack of interest and dropping
these. It may be better to start from scratch anyways when packaging
a newer version of hasura (they have added 9.10 support, so there's
no reason it couldn't be resurrected in theory).

From experience, Hasura is a huge can of worms and I'm personally not
interested in maintaining it. I've tried to get the ball rolling
again in the past (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/250035)
which also didn't garner any interest.

f0a17fd27c haskell.packages.ghc{90,810}.cabal2nix: fix build of dependency tar 
- tar > 0.6.0.0 depends on os-string >= 2.0.0. All os-string versions
  require bytestring >= 0.11 (or even newer).
- text-metrics >= 0.3.3 requires the GHC2021 language extension group.
- For GHC 8.10.7, we need to additionally provide bytestring-handle.
