fb9cdbda70 chromium,electron-source: remove no longer needed version conditionals 
The minimum versions for both chromium and electron-source are higher
than the version bounds of those conditionals.
As such, they can be safely removed.

This is a no-op.

268ce0e562 electron-source.electron_{27,28}: remove instead of marking them as EOL 
Follow-up to 7892638379.

We still have the EOLed `electron-{27,28}-bin` builds, that can be used
instead.

`electron-source.electron_{27,28}` do not build anymore due to LLVM
incompatibilities.

This is beneficial to users of software that still depend on those EOLed
electron versions as well.

Instead of wasting potentially hours of compute trying to build known
broken versions from source, the working binary variants will be used.

Furthermore, this allows us to cleanup the underlying chromium and
electron-source derivations from now unused version conditions such
as version specific patches and build flags.

8d2a765adf Let-float various fromJSON calls to avoid repeated JSON reading/parsing 
Some of these were read/parsed dozens of times in a `nix search`
invocation, and in particular the MELPA recipes archive (3 MiB) was
read 4 times.

b9dee98bf4 electron: Reformat info.json 
Commit 59b9b17 improved our `update.py` script. It will now sort the
`info.json` entries in ascending order. This commit reformats the
`info.json` file to make the next modification to it easier to review.

59b9b178c9 electron: Support updating electron-bin with update.py 
This commits extends the functionality of electron's update script by
- making it possible to update both binary and from source built releases.
- adding the `--source-only` and `--bin-only` options for limiting the
  update mechanism to source or binary releases.
- adding a `--commit` option to automatically commit the changes for
  you.

eb04659fc2 treewide: wrapGAppsHook → wrapGAppsHook3 
This was achieved using the following command:

    sd 'wrapGAppsHook\b' wrapGAppsHook3 (rg -l 'wrapGAppsHook\b')

And then manually reverted the following changes:

- alias in top-level.nix
- function name in wrap-gapps-hook.sh
- comment in postFixup of at-spi2-core
- comment in gtk4
- comment in preFixup of 1password-gui/linux.nix
- comment in postFixup of qgis/unwrapped-ltr.nix and qgis/unwrapped.nix
- comment in postFixup of telegram-desktop
- comment in postFixup of fwupd
- buildCommand of mongodb-compass
- postFixup of xflux-gui
- comment in a patch in kdePackages.kde-gtk-config and plasma5Packages.kde-gtk-config
- description of programs.sway.wrapperFeatures.gtk NixOS option (manual rebuild)

461a23c756 electron: add libnotify to the RPATH 
Electron loads libnotify dynamically via dlopen(3), which fails if it
is not in the RPATH. This, in turn, breaks desktop notifications in,
e.g., mattermost-desktop.
