oxygen-icons and kmime absorbed into Frameworks,
however the Gear version of kmime is still going to win
until the next Gear update drops it, as the Frameworks
version is API incompatible with current stable Gear.
Previously, mkKdeDerivation used stdenv from `qt6Packages`, but now it
is deprecated and raises an eval warning. This fix removes `stdenv` from
`qt6Packages` before calling `mkKdeDerivation`.
I also created similar PR #371444, but it exposed `kdePackages.stdenv`
which is not good. And this commit is not a breaking change, because
`kdePackages.stdenv` was provided for only a few hours in master.
Calligra's information is generated alongside the usual KDE updates, so
let's make use of them.

[Koi](https://github.com/baduhai/Koi) is a scheduling theme switcher for
KDE that I have been using on Plasma 6 for the last few days. It has
been working great for me, and I was originally looking for it within
`nixpkgs`, but couldn't find it, so here it is.
This is the derivation I have been testing it with:

I have also been running it from my own development fork of `nixpkgs`
using the same code I'm submitting here.
- kio-extras-kf5 moved to misc because of release schedule weirdness
- calindori ported to KF6, reenabled
- some build fixes all over
- add 7zip to a bunch of games for SVG compression
