83186cea72 linux/common-config: enable LIVEUPDATE 
Live Update Orchestrator is a new feature in kernel 6.19 that builds on
top of kexec handover in order to preserve state across kernels.

68496978be linux/common-config: enable IMA 
This does not enable IMA appraisal or measurement without any IMA
policies written, it just enables the usage of IMA with the stock NixOS
kernels.
