545a975d7e linux_libre: remove

Ignoring a kernel and whenever it breaks having somebody pop up to do
the update is NOT an acceptable approach to maintaining a kernel
package.

Since there's apparently not enough interest (which is understandable
because that's a kernel that... just removes things), I think a full-blown
removal is the only way forward.

Also, to be clear upfront: the only future this should have is
maintenance in a downstream-project by somebody caring enough. To me, a
re-add is out of question since it'd contradict the "no new downstream
kernel rule".

eb37ad9386 linux/common-config: only enable BCACHEFS things between versions 6.7 and 6.17

d884c9a687 Reapply "linux: default stdenv.hostPlatform.linux-kernel" 
This reverts commit ddaa949afe.

This was reverted as part of a bulk revert of all kernel changes in a
certain time period — as far as I know there was no actual
justification for reverting this change in particular.  The original
rationale for making this change stands: it's nice for new platforms
not to have to copy the defaults over and over in
lib/systems/platforms.nix.

6e331d90bd bcachefs-kernel-module: Nest within bcachefs-tools 
When you set the bcachefs userspace tools with:

```nix
boot.bcachefs.package = /* custom pacakge */;
```

This now also changes the kernel package. The NixOS module now calls
on the nested `cfg.package.kernelModule` expression with
`kernelPackages.callPackage`. This will enable overriding both
userspace and kernel space from e.g. upstream git.

1ee16b1900 kbdVlock: split out of kbd 
This removes a dependency cycle from systemd, removing a rebuild. At the
same time it is just as convenience for users. They need to include the
`kbdVlock` package now instead of the `vlock` output.

447bba08e0 linux/common-config: enable DMABUF_MOVE_NOTIFY and HSA_AMD_P2P 
These flags are required for P2P transfers between accelerators.
DMABUF_MOVE_NOTIFY is generic for DMABUF but mainly used by ROCm.
HSA_AMD_P2P is ROCm specific.

Enabling for 6.6+ despite support in 6.1+ as I recall these features
being somewhat buggy when initially introduced.
