fb7d30da81 elixir/erlang: deprecated top-level attributes 
These top-level attributes are duplicative, and more likely to cause footguns
for users. Let's deprecate them and direct people to use the package sets.

The kaltura upstream has not merged any PRs since 2024-05. In the
meantime a well-maintained upstream has picked up open PRs and made 12
releases since 2025-06.
