wordpressPackages.plugins.so-clean-up-wp-seo: drop

Upstream vanished [1] and the author put up an archived version of the
plugin on GitHub [2] as well as a forum post [3] explaining that the
plugin is effectively unmaintained.
This package has also been broken on Hydra for a long time [4].
There's no mechanism to add aliases for this package set to notify
consumers of the removal, so I didn't add one.

As a companion to #210873 , this change adds some of the builtin plugins
and themes, that generally ship with wordpress, so that consumers can
explicitly opt into including them in their wordpress derivation.
