TiMidity++ can not only play sounds, but also can save the generated
waveforms as various audio file formats. The current package only
supports Linux and Darwin outputs to play sound, but it does not support
saving sounds as eg. vorbis.
This commit adds an optional flag `enableVorbis` to the package,
disabled by default. This does not change the semantics of the current
package but it allows users that need such support to curate their own
set of packages with a `callPackage timidity { enableVorbis = true; }`.
The indentation stripping semantics of strings are fairly bad and have a
few gotchas where the resulting string has not the intended indentation.
This commit fixes most if not all such instances in Nixpkgs.
I tried to strive a balance between keeping the diff small and
reformatting/refactoring the code to look better. In general,
reformatting should be left to Nixfmt.
Note that this causes a lot of rebuilds by design. All changes need to
be thoroughly vetted and reviewed for correctness. There is no automatic
way to prove correctness.

TLP v1.7.0 [changed][1] more directories to be prefixed under `/usr/`,
which we do not want (see also [this Nixpkgs issue][2]). We already were
removing these prefixes for some (but not all) paths. To reduce the
chances of breaking in the future (and clarify why these are being set),
replace all of them uniformly.

It previously asked the user to enable "unfree" without defining what that even
means. This aims to at least offer a high-level explanation and clarifies some
of the sentences.
