abb8a9f7e7 Revert "python3Packages.cuda-tile: fix compilation error caused by deprecated setuptools parameter" 
This reverts commit 3e4809ea51.

This was done in https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/550175 and two
PRs created a race for the same fix, ironically _causing_ a build
failure in trying to fix the build failure.

c0295f7d23 mcron: 1.2.1 -> 1.2.3 
Drop -static from the new crontab-access helper: Nix has no static libc
by default and cannot install setuid binaries into the store. Also fix
system crontab parsing for usernames starting with an underscore, which
breaks the test suite on Darwin.
