fbfce5921b freetube: fix Darwin code signing 
FreeTube 0.25.1 enables Electron-builder's ad-hoc signing by setting
mac.identity to "-". Electron-builder passes Apple codesign flags that
nixpkgs' sigtool does not support, causing the Darwin build to fail.

Disable Electron-builder signing and let autoSignDarwinBinariesHook add the
required ad-hoc signatures after installation.

24720865f5 nixos/rancher: use yaml 1.2 for manifests 
Since https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/547212, a YAML directive
(`%YAML 1.1`) is added to the top of the document. See
https://yaml.org/spec/1.1/#id895631. This lets the k3s YAML parser fail
with `did not find expected <document start>`.

This affects only k3s manifests as rke2 manifests use JSON format.

060be144e0 nixos/kmonad: disable service restart 
The path unit is responsible for starting the service whenever the specified path exists.
Restart=always effectively does nothing while the path exists, and only restarts the service unnecessarily when it doesn't.
Combined with a delay starting at 2 seconds, we never hit the configured start limit and kept indefinitely restarting the service.
This in turn also makes things like `nixos-rebuild switch` fail if it believes the service needs to be restarted.
