12685fe637 nixos/rancher: make preloaded images detect derivation changes 
The previous setup created one fixed-name symlink per image under
/var/lib/rancher/${name}/agent/images/. Because the symlink name did not
change when the underlying image derivation changed, k3s had no signal
that the archive on disk was different and would not re-import it. Old
symlinks could also dangle after garbage collection removed the referenced
store path.

Expose all declared images through a single /nix/store directory whose
path changes whenever any image changes. The directory is symlinked into
${imageDir}/nixos so that ${imageDir} remains a normal directory usable
for manually added images. This makes k3s detect and re-import updated
images on every generation switch.

Add an end-to-end test that declares an image, switches to a NixOS
specialisation declaring a different version of the same image, and checks
that the cluster runs the new image.

4cf7ef42d6 hyper8: fix build failure on *-linux platforms 
* explicitly define openssl libraries rather than depend on system
* building/compiling this package using `rustPlatform` requires wiring
  up these dependencies -- pkg-config, glib, gtk3, libsoup_3,
  webkitgtk_4_1 -- during build phase on linux. However, it's not
  required on darwin systems. In fact the entire derivation will compile
  on darwin without `depsBuildBuild` defined.
