a9d8fec5e8 yosys: address review from GaetanLepage 
- Add __structuredAttrs = true and strictDeps = true.
- Reorder fetchSubmodules before hash.
- Split postPatch into two concatenated '' strings, one per distinct
  patch operation, keeping the "skip plugin tests" comment out of the
  embedded shell script text.
