dabcce9f72 treewide: remove obsolete x86_64-darwin code 
26.11 no longer supports x86_64-darwin. Hence:

- simplify: darwin && aarch64 -> darwin
- remove: darwin && x86_64

bc0e51248f haskellPackages.nixfmt: drop 
Nixfmt is no longer released to Hackage; the package there is the
unmaintained "Nixfmt Classic" which is being dropped in Nixpkgs 26.11.

4f64988a85 haskell.generic-builder: pass --with-haddock for cross builds 
Cabal otherwise finds the native Haddock on PATH, which fails when it
was built against a different GHC version. Select the target-prefixed
Haddock when documentation is enabled.

Template Haskell in profiled wasm builds requires profiled dynamic
objects, which Cabal does not build by default.

0b71a82bcc haskell.generic-builder: provide nodejs for wasm builds 
GHC's wasm interpreter runs under Node.js. Add nodejs to
nativeBuildInputs so Template Haskell splices can run during the build.

9e3c82d387 haskell.generic-builder: don't set up iserv-proxy for wasm 
GHC's wasm backend provides its own interpreter. Avoid iserv-proxy,
whose network dependency cannot build against wasi-libc.

80bdbb7475 gnome2: drop package set 
the gnome2 namespace nebulously refers to an gnome 2, a desktop we never
properly packaged. now it holds a bunch of gtk2 or otherwise unused
packages. its contents were handled in previous commits, and now that it
is empty except for aliases, we drop the namespace entirely. aliases
were added only for the recent additions to the list, as the ones from
before 2024 seem to have little use and are no longer kept in
aliases.nix.

155c8dea99 pandoc-cli: test lua and server features are enabled by default 
The lua and server Cabal flags are expected to be on by default. Assert
they actually made it into the built binary via a `pandoc --version`
check in postInstall, so a future toolchain change can't silently drop
them without failing the build.
