d547f87a3b rocmPackages.rocprofiler-register: vendor dependencies 
Upstream has added patches to work around the final few issues
with vendoring dependencies. These patches are already merged but
not in ROCm 7.2.1. They can be dropped whenever the related ROCm
version is tagged.

7520f4a03e rocmPackages.rocprofiler-register: remove GPU_TARGETS 
This package only contains host code and so is not built for any specific GPU,
so it does not need GPU_TARGETS. This should reduce rebuilds needed for supporting
different combinations of gpuTargets across rocmPackages.

0099887252 rocmPackages.rocprofiler-register: remove rocm-runtime/clr dependency 
These dependencies are no longer required. This breaks a circular dependency
between clr/rocm-runtime and rocprofiler-register, clearning the way for
enabling rocprofiler-register support for those libraries.
