Switch from poetry-core to uv_build and refresh dependencies to match the new upstream packaging. Upstream also declares a bogus self-dependency, which trips the python runtime deps check; drop it in postPatch. copier-template-tester 3.0.0 requires corallium >= 2.3.0.
