Connor Baker d630516d32 cudaPackages.cuda_nvtx: rename to nvtx ...

NVTX is to be built from source where possible, so it is no longer named after the redistributable. The
redistributable build moves to nvtx/redist.nix, and cuda_nvtx becomes a deprecated alias.

No rebuilds: the redistributable keeps its pname.
