Alexander the OK e7a2a944a0 dotnetCorePackages.fetchNupkg: add libxcursor to Avalonia.X11 runtime deps ...

Avalonia's X11 backend uses libXcursor to load the system cursor theme.
Without libXcursor on the runtime library path, applications fall back to
the legacy X11 core font cursor.

Add libxcursor to the Avalonia.X11 setup hook so applications using the
NuGet package get it automatically instead of having to add it to
runtimeDeps themselves.

Resolves #577413.
