linol 0.11 vendors a jsonrpc library whose Json.t type includes `Tuple
and `Variant constructors that were removed from Yojson.Safe.t in
yojson 3.0.0. Patch them out of the vendored source (they are only in
the type definition; nothing in linol's compiled code constructs them),
and remove the ppx_yojson_conv_lib.override { yojson = yojson_2; }
workaround from ocaml-packages.nix.
This avoids a duplicate-yojson link conflict in packages that combine
linol-lwt with yojson-3.0.0-dependent packages such as dream.
