Pass `--with-boost=` to fix the build on `master` https://hydra.nixos.org/build/314316048: checking for Boost headers version >= 1.39.0... no configure: error: cannot find Boost headers version >= 1.39.0 While at it added a trivial updater and enabled build parallelism. ZHF: #457852
