git@71rd.net 0c2518e511 python3Packages.zbar: rename from python3Packages.python-zbar 
The metadata in setup.py name the package to be zbar, which setuptools
expect to match. This moves and renames the package so it matches pname
again
This also fixes `python3Packges.py-zbar` failing to eval after the rename
