Bobby Rong 56efa0b31b lightdm: Fix switching users 
See ubuntu/lightdm issue 400.

Since systemd v246, CanMultiSession became a hidden, always-true
property that GetAll calls cannot fetch, and thus lightdm disabled
user switching unconditionally.
