VarNepvius 012a276566 oxygenfonts: Change source to archive from invent.kde.org 
This simplifies the build, as the previous source included files that
are installed by installFonts, but are undesirable (a “web font” that
is not a woff, conflicting versions of Oxygen Sans, unhinted and OTF
fonts that are used only as “src”)
