Gliczy 8c37f1e03c taisei: fix gles30 and sdlgpu backends on linux 
These two backends were not working on linux prior to this update, and
so, support for them were disabled for the linux builds.

Now that they work properly, this patch remove the `isDarwin` gate so
both platforms have the necessary dependencies.
