Andrea Serra b6aa929c50 python3Packages.fastmcp: patch stateful proxy teardown for anyio >= 4.14 ...

anyio >= 4.14 changed CancelledError propagation on cancel-scope exit,
tripping fastmcp 3.2.3's client teardown in the check phase. Apply the
upstream fix (PrefectHQ/fastmcp#4363) rather than disabling the tests.

Resolves #580398

Not-cherry-picked-because: fastmcp 3.2.3 does not exist on master; this is a stable-only regression fix
