Gerhard Schwanzer e7bb80d5d1 pnpm_10_latest: migrate consumers ...

Move all possible in-tree pnpm 10 consumers to pnpm_10_latest. Add the
verified lockfile integrities required by pnpm 10.34.5 and update the
package-specific fetch and build wiring.

Not-cherry-picked-because: release-26.05 has different pnpm variants and lockfiles
