Allow native POP3 retrievers without an IMAP mailbox list. Preserve
explicit mailbox defaults and cover the omitted setting in the account
configuration test.
Expose native filter, retriever, and destination configuration while
retaining account defaults and legacy boolean aliases. Preserve tuple
rendering and allow complete native retriever configuration without an
IMAP account block.
Per-account config files were combined with a linear foldl' of //.
mergeAttrsList performs the equivalent shallow merge without the quadratic
accumulator recopy.
Allow a user to disable an email account by setting
`accounts.email.accounts.<name>.enable = false`. This is useful if
someone wants to configure email accounts globally but only use them in
certain circumstances.
Everywhere email account configuration is used, check if the account is
enabled before checking any attributes of the account.
Reduce maintenance burden and increase efficiency by automatically
importing modules following a specific convention.
