b3f454e5c2 zsh: merge plugin home.file entries with mergeAttrsList
Plugin source links were combined with a linear foldl' of //. mergeAttrsList
performs the equivalent shallow merge and scales with the plugin count.

07c723c3fe zsh: fix oh-my-zsh custom path expansion
Preserve shell-variable paths for programs.zsh.oh-my-zsh.custom while
still escaping values for a double-quoted shell assignment.

This restores runtime expansion for values like $HOME/extra/zsh, which
otherwise became a literal path after the previous escapeShellArg
change.

c7e4087b4d zsh: rename plugin completions to functions
The option appended directories to fpath, but fpath is zsh's lookup path for all autoloadable functions, not just completion functions.

Rename the option to functions with mkRenamedOptionModule so existing completions users are migrated through the standard Home Manager deprecation path.

112a3a3783 zsh: add common plugin function paths
Nixpkgs zsh plugin packages often install functions and completions below share/zsh/plugins/<name>, share/zsh/site-functions, or share/zsh/vendor-completions rather than at the package root.

Keep the existing root path and fpath entries, but add those standard subdirectories to fpath when present so plugin-provided functions and completions are discoverable without extra per-plugin configuration.

c26a2ac2e4 zsh/plugins: optimize plugin loading with array-based loops
Replace individual plugin PATH/fpath statements and conditional sourcing with
efficient array-based loops. Use lib.hm.zsh.define for consistent array
formatting and add unset statements to clean up temporary variables.

21399deff2 zsh: improve dotDir handling
Previously, `config.programs.zsh.dotDir` prepended strings with `$HOME`.
This caused issues like nix-community#5100, where `$HOME` is
inconsistently resolved in time for the evaluation of the option. The handling
of this variable is also inconsistent with how paths are handled elsewhere,
including within the same module, where `config.programs.zsh.history.path`
does not mutate the supplied string.

To preserve backwards compatibility, this change prepends
`config.home.homeDirectory` to relative paths, while assigning absolute paths
unchanged. Tests for both cases are added.
