02de3cc079 tests/services-modular: drop empty ExecReload expectation 
Nixpkgs stopped emitting an empty ExecReload= line for modular services.
The same upstream change fixes the duplicate ExecReload definition, so
re-enable the PHP-FPM test.

1817fbe179 flake: adapt to nixpkgs 26.11 
Drop x86_64-darwin flake outputs after upstream support removal. Refresh modular-service fixtures and disable the PHP-FPM case until nixpkgs resolves its duplicate ExecReload definitions.
