Austin Horstman 23a6f66d28 zsh: remove deprecated initialization options and relative paths ...

Remove the `enableSyntaxHighlighting` alias from 23.11, the
`enableAutosuggestions` alias from 24.05, the `zproof` alias, and the
`initExtra`, `initExtraFirst`, and `initExtraBeforeCompInit` options
deprecated in 25.05 in favor of `initContent`. Each now fails with a
removed-option error that names its replacement; for the init options,
that includes the `initContent` order to use.

Relative `dotDir` and `history.path` values, deprecated in 25.11, now
fail an assertion instead of being resolved against the home directory.
History paths may still contain shell variables, and neither assertion
applies while zsh is disabled.
