Austin Horstman 35fec07f1a git: remove deprecated configuration aliases ...

Remove the `programs.git.signing.gpgPath` alias, deprecated since 25.05,
and the `extraConfig`, `userName`, `userEmail`, and `aliases` aliases
deprecated in 25.11. Users have had at least one full release to move to
`programs.git.signing.signer` and `programs.git.settings`
(`settings.user.name`, `settings.user.email`, `settings.alias`).

Update the manual examples that still used the old user options.

Setting a removed option now fails with an error that explains what
to do instead.
