doc: fix Perl hook PERL5LIB path

The setup hook adds lib/perl5/site_perl, not lib/site_perl
(pkgs/development/interpreters/perl/setup-hook.sh).

# Perl {#setup-hook-perl}
Adds the `lib/site_perl` subdirectory of each build input to the `PERL5LIB` environment variable. For instance, if `buildInputs` contains Perl, then the `lib/site_perl` subdirectory of each input is added to the `PERL5LIB` environment variable.
Adds the `lib/perl5/site_perl` subdirectory of each build input to the `PERL5LIB` environment variable.
The hook applies when `perl` is in `buildInputs`.
