tuxpaint: fix build w/ glibc-2.44

Failing Hydra build: https://hydra.nixos.org/build/344213768

While the same patch is also upstream[1], I didn't really get how to
extract .patch files from sourceforge, so I used the Gentoo vendored
patch instead, contents are the same.
