spotatui: 0.40.3 -> 0.41.0, add flags for new AI features

This updates the spotatui package and adds flags for new AI-related
features that upstream added in the new release, which are disabled by
default upstream.  Accordingly, our new flags default to false.

This also disables tests when the `ai-dj` feature is enabled due to a
test failure upstream.  This has been reported to upstream and will be
fixed in the next version.
