zvm: 0.8.22 -> 0.8.27

Variable `meta.VERSION` that outputs the version to binary is lagging
behind at `v0.8.25` instead of `v0.8.27` (this has since been corrected
on `master` in  4bac2bd7e9)
postPatch added to satisfy `versionCheckHook`
