python3Packages.e2b-code-interpreter: 1.5.1 -> 2.9.1

Stop inheriting the version from python3Packages.e2b: the two packages live in
separate repositories and version independently, so the inherit produced a
nonexistent tag as soon as they diverged.

The repo checkout also makes tests/test_sandbox_url.py runnable; the rest of
the suite, tests/charts included, renders inside a real sandbox and needs an
API key. Also correct meta.license to MIT, reword meta.description, which
started with the package name, and add meta.changelog.
