clmagma: drop

clmagma appears to be untouched upstream for many years (since 2014
according to timestamps at https://icl.cs.utk.edu/projectsfiles/magma/cl).
we have `magma` and other more recent packages from the same project,
and since this appears to be unused in nixpkgs, let's remove it.
